How credits work
A credit is one visitor using your guide in a day.
A credit is counted when a visitor sends their second message that day, so someone who says hello and leaves costs you nothing. One credit per visitor per day, however long they chat.
Each plan includes a number of credits every month, so the more visitors you expect to talk to your guide, the more credits you'll want. Top-up packs help you manage seasonal demand.
- Previews and internal testing are included for free.
- As a rough guide, Starter is suitable for venues attracting around 30,000 annual visitors, Standard about 120,000 annual visitors and Scale up to around 500,000 annual visitors. This is based on an assumption that 1 in 10 visitors will use your guide.

Yes - this is a feature coming soon. Please contact us for more details.
Do I pay to test my guide?
No. The private preview is unlimited and free, and only your signed-in team members can see it. We monitor it for misuse.
How does annual billing work?
Pay monthly and cancel at any time, or pay for the year up front and get two months free.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is for large places and groups with above 500,000 annual visitors across their sites. It includes a custom volume of credits, a Service Level Agreement and managed onboarding. Get in touch and we'll agree terms together.
