A Conversation, Not an Agent
Dwel doesn't take actions. It can't send emails, browse the internet, control other systems, or do anything beyond generating a spoken or written reply to a visitor's question. There's no open channel for anything to go wrong, because there's no channel at all beyond the conversation itself. It's a bounded tool built for one job: having conversations about your place, grounded in your content - then it stops.
Grounded in Your Content, Never the Open Web
Every answer comes from a knowledge base you control and approve - your website, guidebook, exhibition texts, FAQs, whatever you give it. Dwel never searches the open internet mid-conversation and never picks up outside opinions from Google, Reddit or a generalist model's training data. If it doesn't know something, it says so honestly and points the visitor to your own team, rather than guessing.
Built-In Guardrails
It stays on topic.
Dwel politely steers the conversation back to your place. It won't be drawn into subjects outside to the role you give it.
It filters as it goes.
A profanity filter keeps inappropriate language from ever appearing on the screen or in spoken responses.
It's always disclosed.
Visitors are told from the first interaction that they're talking to an AI, with a prompt to check with your staff if anything seems off.
You approve it before it goes live.
You can test and refine for as long you like before you start offering it to your visitors - and can keep updating it as much or as little as you want once it's live. Everything is under your control, and nothing reaches a visitor without your approval.
